SUMMARY:HeartMoves Sound Journey with Elisheva
DESCRIPTION:HeartMoves Sound Journey\nNOW Offered Every First Sunday of the Month! \nFacilitating Connection\, Creativity\, and Vision \nHeartMoves is a guided journey into the self\, using voice and specific drumming patterns inspired by the elements found in nature to support deep personal transformation. \nCreated by Elisheva Herrera\, this one-of-a-kind method emerged organically through her work as a transformational coach. As she guided clients through key shifts\, she discovered a natural sequence aligned with elemental energies—and developed a powerful way to embody it through drumming\, sound\, and intention. \nThe HeartMoves Sequence: \n\n\nConnection – Reconnect with your true self and uncover your authentic desires and intentions. The answers you seek are already within you. \n\n\nCreativity – Drop into the sweet spot of alpha brainwave state\, where inner wisdom flows and insights arise naturally. \n\n\nVision – Move forward with clarity into a new version of yourself\, a refreshed personal vision\, or the answser to a burning question. \n\n\nParticipants are gently guided through a four-step process:Going within. Accepting where you’ve been. Releasing. Embodying the new. \nThis is supported through Elisheva’s shamanic voice and the ancient drum patterns of the eight elements from the I Ching\, each with its own energetic signature to deepen embodiment and integration. \nCome with an intention—or simply bring the desire for freedom. \nNo experience necessary. You are welcome to move—or simply sit\, receive\, and listen.Bring a journal to capture the insights that arise. \nWear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat if you may want to lie on the floor – not necessary\, though. \nPLEASE NOTE: No latecomers due to the sacred nature of the circle created. Once we begin\, there will be no talking or sharing until the end of the journey.  \nLet Elisheva’s Voice Guide You to Deep Connection\n\nWhat folks are saying about the HeartMoves experience:\nElisheva’s recent HeartMoves session was a healing experience for me. The emotional release began with the deep musical tones and ended with the lighter tones and a feeling of optimism and a vision for better health. We were provided with a safe space and permission to express ourselves in any way we wished – through writing\, movement\, visualizations\, silence. Once re-grounded\, I truly felt more relaxed\, and even the room looked brighter!  Sandra Levine \n  \nFrom my first experience drumming the Tao meditations with you\, the experience has always been a gateway into a deeper connection with the Self. I was so moved by the soulfulness of your words and art that I signed up for a lifetime subscription to your app: Be Tao Now. It is easy to slip into a higher consciousness while listening to the rhythm of the drum and your soothing voice. \nBut even more amazing was the group session I attended titled HeartMoves Sound Journey. I’ve never before been so totally free of my egoic mind and absorbed in the infinite for an hour. Or was it more\, it slipped away so fast. During that session I also received important clarification on a question I asked. The entire experience was awesome. I hope you offer it again. Jackie Hyra \n  \nThank you so much for allowing me to join in on your sound journey.  The music and your words brought up so many feelings inside me and it was helpful to get them out on paper.  Your drumming is beautiful and your words healing.  I hope that you’ll do it again for the community soon; I would love to join you whenever my schedule allows.  Thank you again\, Beth \n  \nIn the beginning I thought this was totally not logical\, but then I did HeartMoves and it wasn’t just images I made up\, but entirely logical images to fix a problem. It was really inspirational and it felt surreal like a dream but I was totally conscious. Laeti – Age 12 \n  \nI feel so fortunate to have experienced sound healing with Elisheva. She is incredibly gifted at creating a warm\, relaxed\, spiritually-rich container. Elisheva uses her voice\, her rhythm and her heart to facilitate a process of heping us welcome whatever arises in our journey. For me\, it was expansiveness\, healing\, and creativity. Many thanks to you\, Elisheva! Dan F. \n  \nI feel so much clearer. Joy R. \n  \nShamanic Journey with authentic voice and structure. Words are educated and informed. Effects of drumming\, structure and words were in alignment to have a pure shamanic drumming experience. Effortless journey. – Ana B. \nYou can also learn more about HeartMoves on Elisheva’s website. \n\nSpace is limited to 20 participants. To reserve your space\, please email Elisheva at elishevaherrera.cbt@gmail.comtext or call (949) 264-3449. \nSuggested sliding scale: $20–$30 \n🔗 Pay here to reserve your spot: https://www.paypal.biz/ElishevaHerrera \n~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ \n \nElisheva Herrera is a facilitator and transformational coach offering unique journeys into the heart. Rooted in a lineage of Sefardic Southwestern curanderismo\, Elisheva blends ancient wisdom with modern practices\, such as voice with I Ching elemental drumming\, to facilitate deep personal transformation. \nAs the creator of HeartMoves Drum Journeys\, Elisheva draws upon her ancestral knowledge of healing and the universal power of rhythm and sound to help people access liminal spaces—those fertile\, in-between states where intuition sharpens and breakthroughs happen. \nThrough her practice\, Elisheva guides guests into the heart space\, where mental chatter quiets\, emotional patterns soften\, and physical systems align with a higher resonance. From here\, participants embark on an elemental journey based on the I Ching\, moving from stillness and self-knowledge to releasing old patterns and stepping into renewed purpose and flow. \n“Where ancestral wisdom meets modern sound healing.” \nWith gratitude\,Elisheva / Happy People Happy Planet“Love\, Joy\, and Letting Go are your superpowers.”
