HeartMoves is a guided journey into the self, using voice and specific drumming patterns inspired by the elements found in nature to support deep personal transformation.
Created by Elisheva Herrera, this one-of-a-kind method emerged organically through her work as a transformational coach. As she guided clients through key shifts, she discovered a natural sequence aligned with elemental energies—and developed a powerful way to embody it through drumming, sound, and intention.
The HeartMoves Sequence:
Connection – Reconnect with your true self and uncover your authentic desires and intentions. The answers you seek are already within you.
Creativity – Drop into the sweet spot of alpha brainwave state, where inner wisdom flows and insights arise naturally.
Vision – Move forward with clarity into a new version of yourself, a refreshed personal vision, or the answser to a burning question.
Participants are gently guided through a four-step process:
Going within. Accepting where you’ve been. Releasing. Embodying the new.
This is supported through Elisheva’s shamanic voice and the ancient drum patterns of the eight elements from the I Ching, each with its own energetic signature to deepen embodiment and integration.
Come with an intention—or simply bring the desire for freedom.
No experience necessary.
You are welcome to move—or simply sit, receive, and listen.
Bring a journal to capture the insights that arise.
Wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat if you may want to lie on the floor – not necessary, though.
PLEASE NOTE: No latecomers due to the sacred nature of the circle created. Once we begin, there will be no talking or sharing until the end of the journey.

Elisheva Herrera is a facilitator and transformational coach offering unique journeys into the heart.
